Evenly matched Alliance War matches

And today....the alliance I am in now had only 4 bases for about 60 to 70 players....

When will the daily Alliance War battles be evenly matched? We worked so hard to get our members interested and playing and now they are losing interest...

Personally, I like the new ranking. Yes, I'm a newer player and I play both. My scores are very nearly even in both worlds. I put in Time in both places....
