While playing the game in the previous update there were plenty of times where the game glitched and would crash forcing you to exit the app and reload the game. One thing I also noticed during this time was that there was no accounting into reimbursement of gems, resources or anything else that was lost even though you may have won the round. This time around I am noticing the game once again seize up, crashing while dropping gods or the round not finishing whether I win it or lose it, gems are lost and resources are not even added to my total. Is there ever going to be an accounting or recompense for this? Is this crashing ever going to be fixed?

It definitely been better than last time, but it is still crashing which is the point I was bringing up. It still happens, I was playing earlier this morning and it crashed 4 times on me, no resources were added for battling, yet I lost nectar and gems to which I will never see anything back. Once or twice isn't a big deal, but over time it wears on a player and I also have to wait several minutes after restarting the game to re-battle, unless I use a different account. The message that appears is "Players cannot attack from the same account so early." or something to that effect.Comment

Are you on an Apple, Android, or Amazon device? If you are willing, if you can send us your crash logs it could help us fix for future releases. I can give you instructions based on your device type.
(Seaweed is right that crashes are way down for the 4.6 release, but there are some crashes that do happen that look to be very, very rare. What we can't tell from the crash reports we get back from Apple/Android is if they are super-super-rare and happen occasionally on all devices or if there are just specific devices or circumstances where only the crash can occur (but with much more frequency). Your details make it sound like the latter!)

I currently use Apple Devices. I have an iPhone 11 that I use for my main account (Jauni) and an iPad Generation 9 that I use for my Secondary account (Jester). Regarding the crash logs, are you wanting specific videos of all the crashes for today or snapshots of when it crashed or apple crash logs of when the device needed to be restarted?Comment

In the device that crashes in GoO, go to Help->Still have questions, and send an email to tech support saying you will be sending in the next email the crash logs of your ios device. That lets us see the details of the device that we care about for GoO.
Then,
To email crash the crash report for iOS:- Open Settings -> Privacy on the device
- Choose the Analytics & Improvements section near the bottom
- Tap Analytics Data.
- Locate the crash logs for GoO. The log name starts with GodsOfOlympus_<DateTime>.
- Select the log to send to us.
- Tap the Share icon, and select Mail to send the crash report as a mail attachment.
- Send that mail attachment to the same support email address

Looking through crash logs I couldn't find anything labeled Gods of Olympus, but when I look through the previous videos of attacks performed, when it crashes it just counts the timer down then shows a disconnect. Does this basically mean I have to grin and bear it or is there possibly a way to get around this? I know I don't have bad internet to be "disconnecting" several times a day.Comment
