Yet more challenge issues

Jay dang, I completely missed you’re response by mere minutes lol. Unfortunately, I still havent had any luck with the challenge all day. The reseting issues has persisted and my score is apparently locked in at 11,027. I stopped sending reports after the first two because I figured theres only so much you can realistically do and further whining won’t help. But if it does, not to worry, my ability to spam emails is nigh insurmountable.

Thanks for following up, Crazy Uncle Oceanus ! Please feel free to write in to Support since you're still stuck... we'd hate for you to be left behind. If they know your account, there may be good options to help you out! Sr Marcos , if you are still stuck as well, please also feel free to write in to Support and let us know that's still going on with your account. Most people seem to be getting through on this round and we've not pinpointed the specific difference between these runs... we don't want folks to stay stuck!

Some gems or loot for player who stuck in round 12 would be fair.

Thats why I too am bummed, Arena is what I excel at, and alot of the usual winners seem to have trouble with it. I would have almost certainly made the leaderboard. Based on the current scores and skill levels i’m seeing, easily the top 20. I was even eyeballing the number 1 spot this time around, but not to be i guess.

As much as I would certainly appreciate a compensation, I can’t really say I’m holding my breath lol. It would be real cool of them to hand out 250 gems (especially cuz i only needed 200 more lol) or something, but there’s probably too many people.

Not gonna lie though, I had been sort of banking on the 1500 + gems I was expecting to win. But I can’t prove I would have stomped all those people. Totally would have, but I can’t prove it, and that’s the problem :P xD

hello there are still problems with the challenge, which prevents me from reaching the ranking. I'd appreciate some gems as compensation. Greetings

Hi all, has anyone had more luck with their event attempts in the last hour or so? We've made a more general change to the servers that we're trying to evaluate right now. We don't necessarily expect that it would have fixed this Round 12 problem, but we did notice that reports on our Support Channel have dried up since the change.

Very likely this is just due to fewer folks playing in the morning vs. the evening, but I did want to ask! We are seeing folks get through this round successfully all the time; we're still unsure what is causing some folks to not get their successful attempts properly recognized.

Hey all, we are actually looking into this issue, even though I've been silent here up 'til now. I'm just not optimistic it will get resolved before the event is over. But I do very much appreciate the reports, it will help us fix problems like this for future events.

Thanks Leroy, appreciate the straight shooting. Would it be within the realm of possibility to have another Arena Challenge next week? It’s purely selfish, but Arena challenges are my favorite and I wait all year for them. I’m sure many people wouldnt mind a shot. Obviously, I understand if thats not realistic.

I also experience this. The fix I found is once you beat the round, leave the game and refresh the app and get back in. Once done so you should attack round 13 instead of 12.

Thanks for the tip, sadly the fix didn’t work for me. Hopefully CASTIEL sees this post, otherwise many of us will have to sit this one out.

Which is a shame, I had really been looking forward to competing this week. Been so busy all month.

This weeks challenge seems extremely unstable. I’m still on Round 12 due to the glitching. So i beat round 12 and advanced fo Round 13.

Then before i did the next level, i checked the stats of the gods for the round by clicking their icon tabs on the challenge menu. And JUST THIS SIMPLE ACTION caused my round and my points to suddenly rollback to 11,000 and reset my progress to round 12.

The icons briefly flicked between the gods for the two rounds, as if the game and interface was confused what Round i was on, and then the fluctuating graphic stopped and i was back on Round 12.

This is just one of a number of weird quirks that have slowed my progress and reset rounds for this weeks arena challenge. I should be on 15 by now.

Otherwise, it’s alot of fun, keep ‘em coming guys. Been liking the challenges.
