New Update Unable to Launch & Owl Bug

Hello there

With the new update my friend has a problem with his Huawei tablet, he can't launch the game anymore, he is blocked at the loading screen with the number 28 in the bottom right corner.
He is in the top underworld it would be great if you could fix it fast for him :P (it's LESTORM shhhhhh )

I have also another issue with the Owl (assistant lol), I play in a special way, in a decorative way so when I wanted to switch "blueprint" of my city, this owl doesn't allow me because I don't have enough defenses. I even couldn't sell any decorations from my city cause I wouldn't have enough defenses (I know my flowers are dangerous lol) So if you could delete this function of "if not enough def then not allowed to switch" it would be great, cause it justs block me from doing anything :/

my game just freeze for like 20 sec every time it load. It doesn’t happen before the uw update and it only freeze for 10 sec after uw update

not being able to sell decorations, I don't know if that's new or old, but it has been for a long time that you can't switch bases if your defenses are weak.

[Problim]

Same thing, can't launch game after update. Stuck on loading screen with 0% progress and PVR 28 in bottom right corner. It just don't move, nothing is happening. Any advice?
