  • Who likes to cook?

My wife and I have a cooking page on Facebook.
I am currently going through the alphabet and cooking a dish from a country that begins with every letter of the Alphabet, just finished Kenya.

My next dish will be traditional potato dumplings from Lithuania :-)

But my signature dish, that I like to bring out when we have guests (especially international guests) is my Kangaroo pie. Slow cook it Kangaroo for about 12 hours, with plenty of pepper, red wine and some vegetables, and put it in a pie.

Anyone here got a dish that they like to show off with?

    Also follow my page

Butter chicken masala, I've had it before, but sometimes what you get at the Indian restaurant isn't the same as how they have it in their own country. So I'll have to look up some recipes but it sounds fun :-)

I made this last week but took a little while to post it... but here it is!

This was really delicious and a bit different to what I am used to, spicier and richer flavours. I have never used Kasuri Methi leaves before and now I have a whole bag of them in my pantry and no idea what to do with them haha
