And yeah I'm not sure what others feel abt it but if we are going to get anywhere around 100-150% increase in AW rewards... Then this is what works for me and also seems more interesting for me... Maybe set a criteria to match on a player level to unlock the 2nd use of Gods

Okay that's understood that since we aren't doing any more effort and we are just using all our gods just once and there's almost no change increase or decrease in our playtime there... It's generous of you to still give us the 50% buff... But Leroy please also understand that with 2 days of 2 different alliance wars we had double the effort and also the double of the original reward... So for us the waiting period has increased nmw... I accept that the efforts might have not but as a player a few battles in AW isn't effort as our calculations are based on what we earn in a single day or a week... And that has been lessened
so I guess if you want us to have more effort you can double the matches one God can play and do what's required...👍 2Comment

They just wanted to rewards we get to be lowered, they understand what we’re getting at. They just want to play it off as if it’s a generous thing they’ve done for us. Sorry leroy, I don’t wanna be a that type of way, but I feel like you’re talking to me like I am retarded, just frustrating, is all.

Sorry, but you are entirely wrong. We really don't "just want rewards to get lowered". We think you should be rewarded proportionally for your amount of effort. It is reasonable. Just like if we allowed all the gods to be used 10 times per war, we'd just multiply the war reward by 10.
leroy
And i would also like to add the fact that i understand that this entire thing is definitely abt the rewards before the war beta was introduced and the awards after the final version is introduced but think of this ideally... You can't exactly give people 100% in the initial days and then only 75% in the latter and expect them to be happy and satisfied abt it...

Hi, can we have an explanation to what was changed in the rewards system please? I just accessed my profile and for a win in alliance war I just got 22 million per resource. Usually I used to get 14-15 million per resource per day. And if the same amount of weekly resources was applied, today i should have gotten approx 30 million per resource.
So am I right in thinking that we are not getting the total amount of resources weekly as we used to do with daily wars? If this is so.... then it was better having a war every day.
The specific change was that rewards per War was increased by roughly 50%. The intent was to ease up on the overall pace of War but increase the reward folks are getting per War that they fight.
We want each War to feel like it's well worth doing, that compensation is good, but not have people feeling like they are getting tired of having to do so much of it.
If we've missed the mark on any of the above, we don't mind hearing so -- that's what Early Access is for!👍 3Comment

there’s no point in continuing this, I’ve said my piece I’ll stop getting myself annoyed.👍 2Comment

Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback on this so far!

What we are trying to say is that... For the majority us i believe that it's not abt the effort that we put in for doing the few battles that the AW offers... Its abt the time we require to gain certain amount of resources... And it's simple that it has been reduced(on a per day note) than how it was when the war lasted one day... leroy suggested that it's abt the effort we put in... So it's simple that in order to make us satisfied with the rewards we want and you satisfied with the effort you want us to put... On a common ground you should just double the number of battles per god and increase the rewards per war by 100-150% whilst still keeping it a two day event
Thank you

Time for some logic and hopefully some integrity in the replies, instead of more requests for just more resources always.
If I’m farming I can rake in 1.2 million stone per attack. If I do the bare minimum in war, no strategy, make one Olympus attack and one Under I rake in 17 million stone, plus gold silver and obsidian.
Basically one attack in war equals 15 regular attacks! This is a farmers paradise! The rewards are staggering!
The extra time takes all the pressure off logging in to war, dailies, challenge, and hitting nectar to not have a fear of falling behind. This setup is on point.
You also get a significantly better value 150% rewards for the same bonus cost!👍 1Comment

Let's not forget the fact that we need 100 diamonds for the same? Which isn't exactly a very normal resource owing to its obvious low rate of gain per day... And it's not abt just asking for resources it's abt making things clear that what they feel to be effort isn't our priority and what we feel abt resources is probably not theirs... Just being on the equal ground...👍 1Comment

See if you go through the most of the posts in the thread you'll see a very simple logic being applied that... It was expected that the earnings from a two day war be equal or in a lucky case be more than what we earned in two days of 'single day' war...
There's no absurdity in the logic or lack of integrity at least when the discussion and the words used in it are polite and professional...

Good question -- this was something we discussed as we were working out how War should function. In the end, we concluded that even a player who doesn't fight provides some benefit to their alliance.
Obviously, players who choose to attack and actively collect stars are a much bigger help to their Alliance! But a non-participant does at least contribute their city in defense (whether they show up or not), allowing the War Stars the Alliance is defending to be spread out among more bases.
Because of this, we couldn't think of any real advantage an Alliance would gain by excluding a player from War. This enabled us to simplify the interface and concepts. All Alliance members are brought into War, and whoever shows up does the attacking.👍 3Comment
