Sorry for delay, in Australia. It was a couple of bases, I believe player name was toban, or something similar. I’m in fruit nation, so it was yesterdays war. Today bases seem to be falling. We had a few players try and get rid of the bases. Happened day before, close to end of war day.

Yes, there are assists in AW. I believe that it is limited to 5 assisters, but I’m unsure if there is any reward to the assisters like there is in the regular game.Alliance- Olympus Rises👍 1Comment

we have tried a few times and def Max of 5 in AW and to clarify u can access AW assists the same way as normal they show up in the battle tab👍 1Comment

Right now assisting during AW is very underwhelming anyhow, I've yet to see it make a difference to a battle's success or failure, and since there's no bonus in knocking out or weakening a god, unless you can stop an attack from reaching victory there isn't a lot of point in it beyond typical assisting reasons (nectar/quests). What are 5 assisters going to do to put a dent in 80 Athena hoplites, or Hermes racing around the perimeter? I'm in a top 5 alliance right now and notice people don't prioritize AW defenses, perhaps for this very reason.
Here's some ideas to add to the collective brainstorming taking place in this thread:
-Increase assister powers, so that assisting can make a meaningful difference, ie 50% more skeletons, 50% more powerful heal, etc. Will this lopside things to making defense too strong? No, because it will also work on attack as well, and alliances who are active and help each other will be provided with a meaningful edge over those who don't. This should encourage a better sense of being part of a team 'sport.'
-Pity the well-meaning leaders, how are they expected to keep track of who has done what in wars, there isn't even a way to quickly click and sort attackers by category such as stars earned. Being able to keep track of who has done what in wars will shame or fame those contributing and those who are idle, which again will encourage more participation. I've taken part in 90% of the wars so far, but some never bother (likely because the rewards are so low).

in addition, the star count is off in this battle. A level 112 base in Mad Maggots Rebirth is worth 107 stars. A level 112 in Fucina Di Ghasa is worth 9 stars. And then there is the matchmaking. An alliance with 171,592 trophies paired up against an alliance with 39,032 trophies?3 PhotosComment

in addition, the star count is off in this battle. A level 112 base in Mad Maggots Rebirth is worth 107 stars. A level 112 in Fucina Di Ghasa is worth 9 stars. And then there is the matchmaking. An alliance with 171,592 trophies paired up against an alliance with 39,032 trophies?
Could that be what happened in this case?
And your point on matchmaking is well taken -- the algorithm placed Mad Maggots into a very high War Tier, and matchmaking happens purely by War Tier. With the pool of War participants still very small (during this testing phase), this may be a bit hit or miss for a while.Comment

Hi Jbm and BibiSabT , if all of the cities on one side are destroyed, then they will all be brought back, ready to attack again. (So that the opposing side has the opportunity to use all of their remaining attacks.)
Could that be what happened in this case?

Jay Today, our alliance (Nettar&Ambrosia) is being matched with Legends and I think there is a huge difference between the stars of the same level.
For example:
Level 123
- Jasper (Legends) - 10 stars
- Marika (Nettar&Ambrosia) - 23 stars
The members of the Legends alliance have more defensive trophies than us but we will only get a few stars when obliterating their cities?
This is UNFAIR and you should look into this.

How come olmpus rises is verseing the exact same team as it did yesterday when in yesterday's war they totally destroyed us and we moved down in war tiers.
I am from olmpus rises and the other team is totgesagate leben länger!
