Jay Rewards for yesterday's War aren't being accepted.

I go through the process of seeing the Victory / Defeat...Then see the rewards, then go to claim rewards and it just resets as if I hadn't received anything.

Jay Earlier today, I got the rewards for the previous war, as was expected, however now I have logged on several times subsequently and have gotten the reward screen 3-4 additional times. Each time I’ve done the 100 gems to boost it but I have not paid enough attention to know whether or not it has actually either taken the 100 gems each time or given the rewards.

I go through the process of seeing the Victory / Defeat...Then see the rewards, then go to claim rewards and it just resets as if I hadn't received anything.

These War rewards were fixed a bit earlier this afternoon, so if you haven't already, please give the claims another try. They should be good now.

Please let us know if you still have trouble, though! And thanks again to the folks who reported this.

Fortunately this all happens as a single transaction -- paying the Gems / getting the rewards is an all-or-nothing thing, so you should be fine.

Yeah I never received any, I'll check with the others in my alliance, but I must've restarted like 8 times and never received any and so I didn't end up playing today, so it's probably going to affect tomorrow's resources. I'll try tomorrow with a new round and see if I have luck then. Thanks Jay

Same here, as „Jauni and Fanusen“, no pay out of the Aw rewards yesterday. None of our alliance could receive.
Problem: It was paid out after pressing the button for 100 Gems, it arrived at my account, but disappeared after 3-4 seconds.
Re starting the App allowed me to try it again, but same result. I repeated the same procedure several times, always same result!
Interesting now: After several hours there is no exclamation mark shown beside the Aw button anymore. Seems there is no chance to get the reward!

Another bug : since a few hours „trophies “ results not updating anymore in the alliance view. A result of that, alliance member ranking doesn’t change anymore.

Today in war. A player attacked with one god only . He won the battle.
But in the War Battle list it appears as a Defeat.
And the god used for this attack can still be used after this attack. (not grey in the list of gods of the attacker)



In war Battle it appear as Defeat but when watching the Replay it's Victory

We don't see the god used for the battle below "Defeat" in the red flag
3 times the player attacked the same city with the same god. 3 times he win but in war battle it appear allays with Defeat.
And as you can see below, each time the god used for the attack don't appear.

another bug that happens often : In the map list of adversary, i see a city witn only ONE Temple



But when i visit the city, it has in fact 4 Temples...

also the fact that the bases are by no means ordered in the area to chose ir base quite often i find low lev 1 star bases hanging up in the top lev 30 star bases can u fix the ordering as so that it goes up on star order please
