Hi Castiel could you please take a look into my account. I cant access, i did a hard factory reset and tried linking it as new device but wont let me get my acount back. I've sent emails to support but no response so far. I also left dm to Leroy and Ray. Please help me !!!

alliance wars is a whole separate feature, with a separate button in the top left corner. This is currently being tested by alliances that have volunteered, through their leader, to test this early access to a non-released game mode.
If a leader has not made this request for the whole alliance, it is invisible.

I will also report that I have seen the observer mode bug as well, though my alliance is not currently engaged in the beta testing. However i will note that, at least in my case, its purely a visual glitch. It doesnt seem to stop me from assisting, it just pops up as an oddity, so i seem to be fortunate in that regard.

Our alliance just joined “Alliance Wars”. I haven’t tried it yet, kind of apprehensive about it.
I’m the kind of guy that prefers to research throughly before trying something.
what’s the difference? I’d like a primer on the whole thing.

How many days did they require to enlist your alliance into beta program after sending them the mail?
