Hmm I have no clue how to do so you might want to email the devs or ping leroy or castiel

I don't think deleting and reinstalling solves the problem. The player can email the devs from his/her account telling them he/she wants to restart and they will restart the account for him/her I guess

Support can reset an account if they are contacted using the “Still have questions?” button at the bottom of the Help menu in game.
