Hermes Houses

Does anyone know if the speed of troops boosted by Hermes houses (or Temple) only go up if the integer goes up? If I boost a Hermes house one level it goes up 0.4%. But if I look at troop info the speed goes from 15+6 to 15+6. Will they be 0.4% faster or will the troops only be faster if I upgrade enough to get to 15+7? I’m guessing only a developer will know. Thanks!

It only goes up if it gets to 15+7

I think it should be buffed so that it goes up 0.4% faster
