I have a smaller account where level up packs are still advantageous. I levelled up this morning and the pack sale still doesn't show? Anyone else seeing this?

Hi Rocko ! You can reach out to the Support team via the in-game button and they'll be able to view details on offers your mini account has seen, etc. that might help figure out why you aren't seeing an offer.
One thing worth mentioning is that at lower levels in particular, offers don't appear for every level-up. (Since at lower levels you can climb much more rapidly than at high levels.)
Drop Support a message and they'll be able to take a look!
