The newest update provides new content at lvl 90 and lvl 130.
Good decision I think, a lot of ppl quit around those levels. Is it reasonable to ask for additional ways to gem resources? Or maybe more resources for defense wins?
As a mid level (118), I really don't have any reason to buy packs. Even a level up pack - which I long considered the best value of all the packs - gets me like 130 mil gold/stone and 70k gems. Sounds great, until I realized that 130 mil is like 1 upgrade to 1 ability plus a spare 20 mil or so.
And the 70k gems....what am I going to spend it on? I gem weekly/daily challenge rewards, and usually gem about 5-10 matches a day (in addition to nectar) .... but I'm still sitting at like 40k gems after 5-6 months.
The level gap between 90-130 already takes forever.. with the addition of the 3d hero at 130+, you're effectively bracketing the mid levels to attacking other mid levels, reducing the resources they earn per attack -> keeping them mid level for even longer periods.
If we are expecting more ppl to reach level 130 and beyond, is it reasonable to request more ways to use gems, or otherwise earn more resources? If we aren't moving that direction, then the lvl 130 mark really only gives new content to what, like 50 players? out of 1 mil+ downloads?
Overall, happy with the direction the games going. just concerned that the 110-125 range is going to be the new "Valley of death" where ppl quit, and im right in the middle of it 😆
