Someone in support besides Trevor

Does anyone besides Trevor respond to email support. I have been trying to get help for my account and am making a simple request regarding name change for my long standing account. I keep going in circles with him. Just reset my name already I can’t play the account with some Chinese name I have no idea what it is and I am not going to spend $50 to change it since the person who ruined the account raised the cost. It’s such a small request and Yrevor is being a d$&? About it.

I don't think anyone else respond to email beside Trevor. And everyone must use gem after changing their name once so I don't see why he should make an exception there to be honest.
