UW gods vs Hero Hangout

Yesterday got matched up against Hero Hangout, a dev base with all four heroes, with my UW gods.....

Zero troops as there are no academies
8 gorgons killing off any troops you converted from monuments
4 heroes having a total of 1.5 mln health

As soon as Charon’s armor was off half my gods got one-shotted
Any base should be possible using UW gods, this one isn’t.

I would say these dev bases are in the game to give players a challenge, and therefore are apparently serving their purpose.

Just because you can't beat that base now, doesn't mean it's impossible to beat. Though I agree that hero hangout does sound like a nightmare with UW gods. I almost always have "that one base" that I get stuck on in olympus as well that I'll lose to 10, 20, 30x before I'll beat it.

Plus, I really just think at some point you're naturally going to meet a cup threshold with the current UW content.. I mean you've levelled up insanely quick if you think about it.. players have been on olympus for years and not got to 110+ and we're sitting at what, like 5-6 months of UW....knowing that more content is to be released?

Yes, they give challenge to the players, but I think it would be more challenging to uw gods. there are no patron gods, and just 8 gods, and in this base there are not that many troops. I didn't see Kane's attack but I can imagine how difficult and impossible this base may be. so Kane is level 113, and I have a friend who is level 113 but from olympus, she can beat this base. Kane and my friend are both good and skilled players, of course. but with right steps and decisions and with Poseidon patron this base can be beaten, but with uw gods i cant imagine. I would make my own comment if I was level 113 in Uw, I just think and imagine it has to be impossible, and no route can beat it atm, i think. We just need to wait for new content.

Agreed. Totally different conversation if we are a year or so in the future (hopefully sooner but who knows) with 10 UW gods and UW patron and no one can beat it while olympus can at same level.

That's isn't the case right now though. 8 gods without a patron shouldn't be at the same level as olympus. Any expectation of that is just unrealistic.

Honestly even most player in the Olympus side have a super hard time beating the hero hangout and it much harder with only 8 god.

Just destroyed it, with UW gods and 2 helps, so it's definitely possible, as most of OW bases ✅

I don’t see anything fun about attacking a base with 5 hero. It seems rather painful.
