Don't know if this has been discussed before and I don't feel like searching through forum history but can someone tell me why heroes seem super resilient to Poseidon Stream but susceptible to Apollo arrows? Even Arty takes em out faster than the much stronger melee gods. Glitch in coding or intentional?

It may be that, with an Apollo temple and a hero with high health, the Poseidon stream is just not doing enough damage on its own and is a continual damage dealer, so it is less noticeable on the health bar as the damage is absorbed by healing. With the individual hits of Apollo and Artemis, we simply see the effect more easily when they attack because it is one punch. If you look closely, it may be that you see Apollo's hits more, but they also heal back just as much.

That's not the reason at all... in fact the hero has a lot of health, so that means the gods, like Poseidon for example kill him very slow... but let's look at the first power of apollo :
He has stronger damage for a long period of time but also, the most important part, he has a heavy splash damage who doesn't affect buildings but only units... so once there is no more unit around, all the damages of this "splash damages" are going to the hero, that means 20k+ per shot damage at a good level, for a lot less damage from Poseidon, so it explains why y'all find that apollo deal much more damage than Poseidon to the hero.
