I agree with most that the rewards of war should be greater.

But I want to suggest a change that would already make things better.

In my opinion, it would be better if the olympus and underworld rewards were separated.

At the moment:
>> 100 gems (olympus + underworld)

Suggestion:
>> 50 gems (Olympus)
>> 50 gems (underworld)

In this way, players can direct their investments, according to their convenience.
