Or a proper filter that stops certain letter combinations for usernames. "If*ckyourmominheras*" and other charming usernames are common to come across. Would it be that difficult to include a report feature like just about every other multiplayer game?

Our support team is happy to assist in investigating user name abuses, please contact them from the still have questions button on the help menu and provide them with as much info on the issue as possible(if you battled the player, if they are in you alliance, etc).

that would be a great feature, keeping people more engaged with the game as well. the social aspect could be big, it's another missed opportunity to grow this game.

Thanks for the info, still think a more convenient button would work better as clearly most ppl don't know of this option. Lots of kids playing this game, it could stand to have a more robust system in place to put a stop to these things. In clash royale you couldn't even swear in chat, it auto censored. I would never let my kid play this game with all the disgusting usernames out there.

I’ve reported members going into racially derogatory rants and the response that I received was simply a reminder that as an officer I have the ability to kick members… like, wow.. so helpful. All about putting out the immediate fire I guess and not addressing the root cause.Alliance- Olympus Rises

I think it boils down to "we're a small team, we can't devote manpower hours to this", I can understand that, but it should be easy enough to create a report feature that works upon a strike system, even place it high, say 100 strikes against a user flags the account to be looked at, this would mitigate personal vendettas fueling false reports, and only the worst offenders would motivate someone to bother reporting.
