Buff Adonis

Since the release of the hero update, I have yet to see anyone use Adonis. His health and damage is just far too low and his skill hardly make a difference in the defense compared to other hero powerful skill.

He is in fact getting a buff for next release.

I second this thought. I think we recently gave buff to Adonis for the same reason, but it did not make much difference. I think we should continue doing that until we have fair amount of players using him.

I think it is mainly Adonis ability. All the other hero have good ability but Adonis ability is basically aphro monument but in much smaller scale.

You should probably try out Adonis, you may be missing something. He is so charming in fact that skeletons fall to pieces over him, something that may be extremely useful against a Slow Push attack style and Underworld attacks too.

Gorgons or a few cyclops is just as good as Adonis ability to kill skeletons

That is depending very heavily on the level range of attack, the unlocked gods, and the style of attack.
I was referring to your comment that Adonis was basically an Aphrodite monument, he has other factors to take into consideration. You certainly do have to use him but he is not basically an Aphrodite monument.

I mean if you want a hero that has range and does good damage then go for Odysseus and if you want a hero that can crowd control pretty well while smashing the attacker god then Hercules can do the job. Adonis just doesn’t have anything that is super useful and aphro monument already play the role of his ability pretty well.

That is an option, but that doesn’t mean that is the only option. Having a secondary mobile damage dealing charmer that also stops skeletons in their tracks creates the possibility for different types of city designs and gives players the ability to counter different types of attacks. The area and speed of Adonis also make him him very different in crowd control than Hercules.
You don’t have to like him or use him, but having an array of selection options for city designers to pick from is what creates growth and changes in the game and in attacks as well.

Still think Adonis is very much over shadowed by the new heros.
