What does it mean when a reanimation chance is greater than 100%?

As title. Some academies / archeries have a reanimation chance of more than 100%. Does this mean that there's a (actual - 100%) chance that a skeleton could die and be reanimated again? Or is it to be dismissed?

Also, any opinions on hades houses in general? I got fooled by the Hades daily challenges and saw how powerful they were and now in my base it's understandably significantly weaker 😂. Thinking of replacing hades houses with Athena + Aphrodite or Apollo houses; thoughts? Or would a sufficient number of hades houses around say, the Ares/Athena monuments be useful?

It mean those units will reanimate more than once if killed. 200% guarantees they reanimate twice if killed twice.

Having some hades houses on troops that have very strong base stats is kinda good
