Developemnt
* In CoC (and most similar games) the buildings number is fixed (for a given Town Center level). GoO does not work like this (for most buildings).
* in CoC(and most similar games) the buildings level is driven by Town Center. In GoO it is exponential cost that make player tend to homogenize buildings level
* similarly, fixed troops type level vs almost free level but exponential cost
* Wait for upgrades / Instant upgrades
Fight
* A typical army comp in CoC would be 2/3 different troops types + heroes, but the troops may be numerous. GoO use single units you control.
* CoC : fight as soon as army ready. GoO : wait for some resource to fill in to be able to attack [but personnaly i am rather happy, i dont really wait for being able to attack]
General
* Coc has strong alliance mecanism which is the real interest of the game : world wars. GoO does not have world wars.
* Neither is pay to win, both are pay to advance ( as far as i know but may be wrong )
