Your base design is quite good, upgrade is the name of the game

But its a problem % 60 of defense war I am losing

Nico 60% is good. Like mentioned earlier besides minor tweaks which may make your base slightly harder upgrades are the part that matter most. The trophies in game are based on elo ranking which you should google if not familiar with it. For the best comparison you should check whether you are losing to people lower level than you which would be a good indicator of whether you have a good base or not. Also keep in mind that game is biased towards offense
